  • The James Rutter basketball teams played last night in two competitive games versus Toby Johnson. The girls team had two baskets from Kaliya Lee and Jaeda Flores-Thomas. Coach Jaeger was proud of all the girls playing in their game of the season yesterday. The boys team also was very competitive in its loss. DeAndre Labot led the team in scoring with 11 points, including 3 three pointers. John Saefong scored 4 points, Jaymar Page and Michael Familia each scored 3, Sitaniselao Moa had 2 and Khalil Ray had 1 point. The teams play their next games on Tuesday at Kerr. Practices will be at their normal times after school today.

  • Our next college and career field trip is December 3 to Universal Technical Institute, a trade school for mechanics of airplanes, cars, diesel trucks, NASCAR, basically anything with a motor in it.  If you are interested, come to the Student Store, pick up the permission slip, get it signed and return it to the Store.  Only 40 students are allowed to attend.
